Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dessert Bar Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for desserts, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills. This role involves preparing our signature Loukoumadness Greek donuts, taking orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Experience in making milkshakes, coffees, and other beverages is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Loukoumadness Greek Donuts: Craft our famous Greek donuts with a variety of toppings, ensuring high quality and consistency.

- **Take Orders: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service, be familiarised with Plataforms of Ubereats, menulog and Doordash

- **Maintain Stock Levels: Monitor inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- **Clean and Organize: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

- **Make Beverages:Prepare a range of beverages including milkshakes, coffees, teas, and hot chocolates to our high standards.





- **Customer Service:Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

- **Collaborate:Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a rapid food or dessert bar environment preferred.

- Experience in making milkshakes, coffees, and other beverages is essential.

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
