This role will report to the Head of Production and will manage a team of Mechanics, Electricians and Production Workers; based full time at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank. The Assembly Team forms part of the greater Production team, which includes Painters, Welders, the Prototype Shop, the Armour Shop and the Logistic Systems team.
About the Role
The Production Manager – Turret & Weapons is accountable for leading the safe, productive and process aligned delivery of allocated Production Orders in line with the Production Schedule. The role is responsible for ensuring production activities are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, cost and schedule to support overall vehicle build milestones.
