What you’ll be doing:
The Legal Operations Manager is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s business functions and optimising performance through process improvement and technology implementation.
This includes:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to senior legal leadership
- Leading the implementation and optimisation of legal technology platforms
- Designing and delivering a legal operations strategy aligned to business priorities
- Adopting smart process development to standardise, organise, scale, and optimise legal workflows
- Enhancing knowledge, document and records management across the firm
- Overseeing vendor management to ensure value and efficiency
- Developing talent and resource strategies, including optimising continuous training
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of legal processes and workflows
- Expertise in legal or qualified services, technology, and software
- Demonstrated experience in legal operations within a corporate or law firm setting is preferred
- Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Experience developing teams preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, technology, law or a related field; or equivalent experience
