You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of common areas and facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment, ensuring a pleasant and functional workplace for residents and visitors
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Maintaining the grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and patching walls.
