Join Monadelphous' Energy Training team and play a key role in ensuring workforce readiness across our major Energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional looking to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will act as a key escalation point within the team, coordinate workforce training and compliance requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes across multiple Energy contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the key escalation point for training, mobilisation and compliance enquiries, helping manage the day-to-day team operations
- Coordinate training and workforce compliance activities across multiple contracts, ensuring visibility of requirements, priorities and deliverables
- Manage and maintain Training Needs Analyses (TNAs), training records and system updates to ensure accurate and compliant workforce data
- With the assistance and support of the PLG Manager, support employee performance, and development processes, including performance reviews, development plans and leave administration




- Provide guidance and support to the wider training team while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in training coordination, workforce mobilisation, compliance administration or a similar operational support role
- Strong understanding of training compliance, competency management and workforce training systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence in taking ownership, resolving issues and acting as an escalation point for the team
- Previous experience within resources, mining, construction or project-based environments will be highly regarded
