Carlisle Adventist College, in beautiful Mackay, Queensland, is a Christian co-educational Prep to Year 12 College owned and operated by Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Northern Australia) Ltd.
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our team on a relief basis. This role supports our Before and After School Care programs, as well as Vacation Care, providing a safe and engaging environment for students.
About the Role
- Supervise and engage students in a nurturing, Christ-centred environment.
- Support the delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing and creativity.
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Assist with daily routines including set-up, pack-down, and snack preparation.
- Uphold the values and ethos of Carlisle Adventist College in all interactions.
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with children.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education Support, or equivalent (desirable).
- Availability for short-notice relief shifts before and after school.
- Commitment to the Christian ethos and mission of Carlisle Adventist College.
