About the role and where you will be working:

Our residential care team at Germanus Kent House are currently looking for a casual Registered Nurses to deliver client focused care.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Supervise and direct the delivery of client focused care delivered by staff
- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.
- Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant others
- Comply with all relevant legislation and policies.
- Uphold the organisation's values and principles in all areas of service delivery.

About you:

As a Registered Nurse,



you'll hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be detail oriented and can work well in both a team setting and independently. You can apply your clinical knowledge to any given situation and achieve quality client outcomes. Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

To be considered for this role you’ll need:

- Valid AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2 Years experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
