We’re The Hardware Société, a Melbourne brunch institution with 15 years of history redefining breakfast and brunch. With two CBD locations, we’re known for our French and Spanish-inspired menu – creative, indulgent, and far from ordinary.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our professional and fast-paced team.
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and contributing to the dynamic energy of our kitchen. With a menu that evolves regularly and exciting weekend specials, this role offers a chance to showcase your skills while working with a passionate and supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2-4 years in a similar role, with breakfast experience and knowledge of French cuisine highly regarded.
- Work Ethic: Strong, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence.
- Teamwork:A confident communicator with the ability to manage your section effectively under pressure.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
