Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Personal Care Support Worker to assist a male aged care client in Constitution Hill, NSW. The role involves providing respectful and skilled personal care support, primarily assisting the client with showering and personal hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the client with personal care and showering
- Provide respectful and dignified support during care routines
- Ensure the client’s comfort and safety at all times
- Follow care plans and organisational guidelines
- Report any concerns or changes in the client’s wellbeing

Requirements:

- Male support worker (client preference for personal care)
- Experience providing personal care and shower assistance
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Arabic-speaking preferred, but not essential
- Current Police Check




- Working With Children Check (if applicable) or willingness to obtain
- First Aid & CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid ABN or employment eligibility
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care)
- or equivalent ( Requirement !)
