Landing is seeking a talented Baker to join our team in Scarborough, Queensland. As a full-time baker, you will be responsible for creating a short but delicious range of sourdough and some yeasted breads for retail and in house use.
What you'll be doing
- Helping develop a tight but tasty range of breads for sandwiches and retail plus topped focaccias and other specials
- A mix of mixing, shaping and baking shifts
- Collaborating with the sandwich chef to match buns/breads to sandwich fillings
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a baker
- Strong technical skills and consistency
- Ability to communicate systems and share knowledge
- Efficiency minded
- Good teamwork skills
