We're looking for skilled and passionate Automotive Technicians to join our agile team at Inchcape Subaru Parramatta. If you're driven by precision, performance, and pride in your work — this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

- Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards.

- Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.

- Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs to ensure excellent customer service.

- Follow manufacturer standards and repair guides to maintain quality.

- Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work.

- Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

- Qualified Motor Mechanic with a valid Trade Certificate

- Detail-oriented with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently and within a team

- Committed to delivering top-tier service and craftsmanship

- Hold a valid driver’s licence
