About the role

All Seasons is seeking a Property Manager (Part-Time) to join our growing team based in Chatswood, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property qualified to work flexibly whilst maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Working on a part-time basis, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property compliance whilst supporting our business objectives in the residential leasing and property management sector.

What you'll be doing

- Managing residential properties on behalf of landlords and investors, including tenant screening, onboarding and relationship management
- Collecting rent payments, maintaining financial records and ensuring timely lodgement of funds to property owners
- Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance and repair issues promptly
- Marketing vacant properties through appropriate channels and coordinating property showings to prospective tenants
- Handling tenant enquiries, complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all properties comply with relevant legislation, including rental laws, safety standards and insurance requirements
- Preparing and maintaining accurate property documentation, including lease agreements, inspection reports and maintenance records
- Coordinating with contractors, tradespersons and service providers to maintain property condition and value
- Providing landlords with regular updates on property performance and market insights

What we're looking for





- You will be working 2-3 days per week flexible working hours
- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within a leasing or property management agency
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and obligations applicable in New South Wales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords and service providers
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes and challenging situations professionally
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional approach to managing confidential tenant and property information
- Flexibility and willingness to work part-time hours that support business needs
- A relevant qualification or certification in property management would be advantageous
