We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and qualified Support Workers to join our growing team, and provide in-home assistance to older people and people with disabilities in the community.

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Polish speaking support worker to join our team.

You will support clients with a variety of daily tasks, including:

- Companionship and social support
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Meal Planning and preparation
- light housekeeping and domestic assistance
- Medication prompts and wellness checks
- Transport to appointments or outings
- Mobility and transfers
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties





What you'll need

- Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care, home and community, or disability) or currently studying
- National police clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- A kind heart, positive attitude and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others

- Communicate in Polish language
- Confident working independently in the community
- Effective communicators who understand the importance if dignity and privacy in care
