We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide support and assistance to a 26-year old female with a traumatic brain injury, this care will help her live independently in her home. Applicants must be interested in fitness and be willing to walk with her a distance of 3 kms daily, prefers male workers between the ages of 26 and 40 years of age.

Duties include but not limited too
- Community access for appointments and social outings
- Support fitness program (regularly attends the gym)
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shift times available:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to provide transport to and from medical appointments and social activities in their own vechicle.
- Have a positive fitness level
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
Certificate III (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
