Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and inspire project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Apply your construction expertise to oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning to handover
- Drive a culture of accountability and collaboration across your team
- Monitor quality standards and proactively address emerging issues to ensure compliance and excellence
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying key drivers of project success

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Trade qualifications (highly regarded) and/or tertiary education in Construction Management or Engineering (not essential).
- Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry, particularly on projects up to $25M
- Strong knowledge of construction specific legislation and Codes of Practice
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and have initiative when working independently
- Strong relationship building with all relevant stakeholders
- A down to earth, friendly and qualified approach to your work
