Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking four reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team, with immediate starts available.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are highly valued. Full training will be provided on specialised equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate furnace equipment and machinery (full training provided)
- Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with general production and factory operations
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience handling glass products
- Experience operating manufacturing or processing machinery
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Availability to work shifts commencing at 6:00am or 9:30am
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
