Northern Rivers Seafood is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, hard-working all-rounder to join our friendly team.

You DON'T need to have experience in everything. If you have experience in just one of the areas below, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded:

- Seafood wholesaling
- Fish filleting
- Professional knife skills (butchers, chefs, commercial kitchens, meat processing, etc.)
- Night packing or order picking
- Delivery driving (all our vehicles are automatic)

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

- Preparing and filleting fresh seafood
- Packing wholesale customer orders
- Assisting with back-of-house and production tasks
- Delivering orders to customers
- General cleaning and maintaining a safe, organised workplace
- Working as part of a supportive team

Hours

We're looking for someone who is flexible and available to work between Monday and Saturday. The role includes early morning starts, with shifts and finish times varying depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, as the role covers different areas of the business.
