Post Office Club Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
As the new owners of the venue, we're investing in our food offering, systems and team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef to work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, community-focused pub.
The Role
- Run your section with consistency and attention to detail
- Prepare and execute service to a high standard
- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support junior team members and apprentices
- Contribute to specials and menu development
What We're Looking For
- Previous Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Ability to perform under pressure during busy service
- Passion for quality food and hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Reliable, organised and a team player
