About You

The successful candidate will be:

- Highly motivated and a strong team player
- Professional and courteous with both patients and colleagues
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable using computers and software including MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to show initiative
- Able to manage responsibilities independently and take ownership of their role

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or higher)
- Experience using Principle (training can be provided)
- Minimun 1 year previous experience in dental assisting/reception.
- Experience managing patient enquiries via phone, email,



and at the front desk

Key Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting for a range of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms before and after appointments
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures
- Managing clinical stock and supplies
- Taking and processing dental radiographs (where qualified)
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Supporting dentists to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care
- Assisting reception when required
