Little Green Treehouse is a long day-care located in North Rocks. It is a small and warm childcare that is purpose built for 0-6 years. With 3 indoor rooms and 3 generous outdoor areas, we aim to provide the highest quality of education and care.

To help grow our service we are looking for a passionate SPANISH speaking educator to join our team.

- Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
- To coordinate a Spanish teaching program centre wide
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth running of the daily routines and general operation of the centre
- Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
- Plan and program using a high-quality educational program
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices

Desired criteria:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education




- Minimum 1 years full time experience required
- Fluent in reading and writing Spanish
- Able to implement and coordinate a Spanish teaching program
- Available full time (5 days a week).
- Knowledge on the NQS and EYLF
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments
- assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
- Be committed to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture
- supervising children in recreational activities
- supervising the daily routine of children
- entertaining children by reading and playing games
- managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development
- An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members
- supervising the hygiene of children
- preparing and conducting activities for children
- Be willing to build and maintain partnerships with children, families and communities
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Child Safety Certificate
- Child protection Certificate
- Basic food handlers certificate
