We are looking for an Experienced Roll Maker and a Reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team in Penrith!

Position 1: Experienced Roll Maker

Responsibilities:

- Preparing high-quality sushi rolls, bowls, and menu items efficiently.
- Maintaining food presentation standards and quality control.
- Ensuring cleanliness and strict compliance with food safety/hygiene standards.
- Managing ingredient stock and prep work daily.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Roll Maker or Sushi Chef.
- Fast, exact, and consistent knife/hand skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Valid work rights in Australia.

Position 2: Kitchen Hand

Responsibilities:

- Assisting chefs and roll makers with ingredient preparation (washing, chopping, packing).
- Washing dishes, cookware, and maintaining kitchen equipment.




- Keeping kitchen work areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Assisting with stock receiving and storage.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred (trainable for the right candidate).
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and physically fit.
- Good communication skills and team-player mindset.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
