With a spectacular waterfront location in the heart of the Rocks, 6 HEAD is the newest restaurant in a well-established boutique hospitality company. Now we are looking for you! You’ll be someone who excels and enjoys serving large cover numbers while still maintaining uncompromising service standards.

We are now hiring Experienced sections waiters to come on board, immerse themselves in an in-depth, quality training program and help us launch a brand-new restaurant.

What we need from you:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fine dining, VIP service and high volume restaurant

Commitment to developing and maintaining service standards to ensure a world class experience

Exposure to premium/extensive wine & beverage service

High standards of grooming & presentation

An underlying passion for all thing’s food and wine

Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
