The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated WHSEQ Advisor to join our Northern Territory team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in championing a positive safety culture, supporting project teams and driving continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving site safety compliance through inspections, audits and incident investigations
- Partnering with project teams and the wider WHSEQ team to promote a proactive safety culture and achieve zero harm outcomes
- Supporting and maintaining WHSEQ management systems, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Delivering toolbox talks, conducting site audits and providing practical recommendations to support project delivery
- Providing expert WHSEQ advice across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects throughout the NT
What You’ll Bring
- Previous WHSEQ experience within construction, civil infrastructure or related industries
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to identify hazards, assess risks and implement effective control measures in fast-paced environments
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Defence clearance

- Experience using WHSEQ management software systems
- Demonstrated success improving compliance and reducing incidents across projects
- Leadership capability with experience mentoring or supporting junior safety professionals
