Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Assistant in Nursing to join our team in a casual position. You will support experienced nurses and the multidisciplinary team in a high acuity environment. This is a great opportunity to build your clinical skills and work as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient observations
- Maintain a protected, clean, and supportive ward environment
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Accurately document care and communicate changes in patient condition

Additional Information
