We have exciting openings for experienced Migration Administrators across our Sydney branches. This role offers the opportunity to work within a cohesive, supportive team and gain exposure to all key areas of a successful migration practice. You will collaborate with experienced agents and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing a valuable and enriching learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support Registered Migration Agents by managing client queries and performing responsibilities including document collection, preparation of visa applications, data checking, email coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings, offering updates and addressing their inquiries.
- Prepare various visa applications—including Nomination, Sponsorship, and Skills Assessments—and manage required follow-ups.
- Manage daily tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and spreadsheets to support effective, compliant workflow.
- Conduct legal research using available resources as needed.
- Liaise with external organization and stakeholders as required.
- Provide marketing support—including tagging clients, updating client lists, and assisting with bulk mailouts—and perform reception duties when needed.
- Participate in training sessions offered by the RMA or the organization to further develop job skills.

Experience & Skills
- Energetic and proactive with a strong “can-do” approach.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the migration industry (preferred).
- Currently pursuing coursework to become a Registered Migration Agent or holding a background in law (preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of current Australian immigration laws and policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
