400 Gradi Eastland is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house leadership team.
Located in the heart of Eastland’s dining precinct, our venue offers easy access to public transport and parking while still being part of a busy, established hospitality destination.
400 Gradi is known nationally and internationally for award-winning pizzas, traditional Italian cuisine and genuine hospitality.

What you’ll do
- Support the Venue Manager and leadership team with daily service operations
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
- Maintain strong service standards and guest experience
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest feedback and support issue resolution
- Assist with POS, cash handling and basic reconciliation
- Support a clean, safe and organised workplace
- Help maintain food safety, hygiene and RSA standards
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue
- Strong front-of-house and customer service skills
- Confidence leading a team during service
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Current RSA
- Food Handling Certificate preferred
- First Aid Certificate preferred
- Full working rights with no restrictions preferred
