This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney office.

What the day will look like

- Support a portfolio of commercial clients by providing outstanding customer service
- Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, quotations, and insurance documentation
- Partner with Brokers and Client Managers to deliver tailored client solutions
- Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
- Respond to client enquiries and help resolve insurance-related matters
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence
- Maintain accurate client records and support compliance requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and client industries
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal colleagues
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities

- No insurance experience required, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
