TJX Australia is continuing to grow—and so is our Finance team.
This is a outstanding opportunity to join our Business Planning & Analysis team during an exciting growth phase.

You’ll play a key role in how we forecast, plan, and drive business performance, while working closely with senior leaders across the business.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll own sales reporting, forecasting, and P&L; planning for the Australian business.

You’ll partner with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations, providing insights that support both day-to-day trading and long-term strategy.

What You’ll Do

- Own sales forecasting and long-range planning, including financial modelling and scenario analysis

- Deliver regular sales reporting and provide clear insights on performance and trends

- Lead budgeting and P&L; consolidation, including variance analysis and recommendations

- Prepare performance reporting for leadership and key stakeholders

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising to support decision-making





- Contribute to business cases and strategic initiatives

- Drive process improvements, including reporting automation and data accuracy

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Finance

- Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis

- Ability to analyse data and turn it into explicit insights

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Retail, FMCG, or consumer industry experience (preferred)

- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience a bonus)
