Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join our Engineering Construction team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major Power Plant project in Queensland.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating civil subcontractors across multiple work fronts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating civil subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
- Driving safe execution of works and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Monitoring performance against project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Building effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Coordinating civil construction activities including concrete, formwork and underground services.
- Identifying and managing project risks and changes to support successful delivery.

What you will bring:

- Extensive experience in a Civils Superintendent role on a major construction, resources, energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong subcontractor management and site coordination experience.
- Sound knowledge of concrete foundations, formwork,



structural concrete and underground services.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes in a complex construction environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Solid commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
