Wonstop Group – Operations Manager (Head Office, Chatswood)

Following a full rebrand and refresh, we operate premium car wash sites and a range of other offerings across Chatswood, Lane Cove, the CBD, Eastwood, and Mercedes-Benz Sydney. Position: Operations Manager (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites
- Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Manage inventory, equipment, and sales/performance reporting
- Coordinate communication between head office and individual sites
- Support development of current offerings and assist company leadership

Requirements:





- Relevant work experience preferred (salary negotiable for experienced candidates)
- Proficient computer skills
- Fluent English
- Reliable and responsible attitude
- Solid team player with a customer-service mindset
- Emotionally steady and even-tempered
