What You’ll Be Doing

- Install solar and battery systems safely and efficiently
- Lead and support your on-site team of apprentices and trades
- Communicate with clients to ensure smooth, professional experience
- Manage job prep, materials, and site readiness
- Work with the ops team to plan, deliver, and close out projects

Who You Are

- A qualified A-Grade electrician or soon to be qualified (4th year) and eager to learn
- Organised and proactive, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Transparent communicator who takes pride in high-quality, compliant work
- Drivers licence, White Card, and Working at Heights
- In career-building mode — ready to learn, lead,



and grow with an emerging player in renewables

Job Type:

- Full-time
- Hours: 40 per week
- Overtime as required

Salary:

- $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
- Based on experience and responsibilities
- Monthly Performance Sharing

- 8 hour shifts, plus over-time as required
- Weekends, as required

Experience:

- Licensed A-Grade Electrician
- 4th year electricians, soon to be licensed
- Solar Battery Experience highly regarded, but not essential

License/Certification:

- White Card (Required)
- Driver License (Required)
- Working At Heights (Required)
- SAA Solar/Battery Accredited (Not Essential)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)
