Are you an experienced veterinary nurse with a passion for Internal Medicine and a to passion for high quality patient care? MARS have a rare opportunity for an experienced and driven nurse to join our growing InternalMedicine Department.

About the Role

The Internal Medicine Nurses play a pivotal role in supporting our specialist clinicians while collaborating with a team of talented nurses in Surgery & Oncology. Responsible for assisting and coordinating medical procedures, ensuring best-practice patient care, and fostering an environment of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Internal Medicine Specialists with their day-to-day case load
- Coordinate advanced diagnostics (ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, etc.)
- Oversee patient flow, triage, and complex case management
- Maintain high standards of patient care, client communication, and workplace safety
- Collaborate closely with our specialist veterinarians and broader hospital team
- Contribute to efficient workflow and service development

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in Internal Medicine or specialty nursing




- Solid communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for high quality clinical standards
- Confidence in advanced medical nursing and handling complex cases
- A calm, positive, team-focused mindset
- The ability to foster positive workplace culture and collaboration within your own team, associate teams and key stakeholders
