We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Migration Case Administrator to join our growing team.

This role may be suitable for applicants based in Perth/Melbourne applicants, depending on business requirements and candidate suitability.

The successful candidate will support the team with case administration and processing from start to finish, including matters such as employer-sponsored visas, skilled visas, student visas, and other migration-related applications.

Essential requirements

- Have at least 12 months of experience in administration or a related role;

Nice-to-have requirements

- Previous experience in a migration agency, education agency, law firm, or similar professional services environment;
- Experience supporting case management or document-heavy administrative work;
- Familiarity with migration-related systems or client management tools.
