Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing client located at Cavan. This is an opportunity to join a respected leader within the steel industry, known for high-quality production, innovation, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Support production processes in line with daily requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Assist in maintaining a clean and productive work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
- Experience within steel or heavy industry highly regarded
- Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced setting
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

Working Hours:

- Day Shift: 5:50am – 2:00pm (Mon–Thu), 5:50am – 12:00pm (Fri)
- Afternoon Shift: 1:50pm - 10:00pm, (Mon-Thu), 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Fri)
- Possible Overtime available,



Saturdays

Pay Rate:

- Day Shift: $40.17 per hour (casual)
- Afternoon Shift: $46.19 per hour (casual)
- Overtime paid at penalty rates
