Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking for an opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple marketing channels? We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a growing marketing team based on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll enjoy a diverse, hands-on role that offers exposure to all aspects of the marketing function. From creating engaging campaigns and content to supporting product launches and analysing campaign performance, no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities:

- Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising and email marketing
- Designing engaging marketing collateral using Canva
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms
- Writing compelling marketing copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns and website content
- Creating brochures, presentations, sales collateral and other marketing assets.
- Developing engaging social media content and managing content calendars.
- Building and scheduling EDMs using Klaviyo,



Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Assisting with photography, short-form video creation and editing for social media.
- Supporting SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
- Assisting with product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows and marketing events.
- Providing general marketing support across a variety of exciting projects.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Experience using Meta Business Suite, including creating, monitoring and optimising paid campaigns.
- A flair for design with strong Canva skills
- Experience creating digital content across social media, websites and email marketing.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar CRM/email marketing platforms
- A willingness to learn new marketing platforms, technologies and industry trends.
- Permanent Residency or citizenship
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
