Key Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients.
- Restock kitchen supplies and organise storage areas.
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support the kitchen team with general duties as required.

About You

- Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is an advantage.

Pay: $26.44 – $29.00 per hour
