Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Manage staff rosters, performance, and team development
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Work closely with ownership to develop promotions and growth initiatives
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control
