Reserves Coach Wanted: Lalor Football Netball Club

The Lalor Football Netball Club is seeking applications for the position of Reserves Coach ahead of the 2025 season.

The applicant must be a highly motivated, well organised and an experienced individual who is committed to being a contributing member of our coaching team, working closely together to benefit our club.

The Lalor Football Netball Club is affiliated with the NFNL competing in Division 3 and is located at Lalor Reserve – 24 Sydney Crescent, Lalor.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

– Strong knowledge and experience in the game – Ability to deliver and instill a cohesive game plan
– A high level of organisational leadership
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to cultivate an setting that is conducive to player development and retention
– Minimum requirement is Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
