Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Site Managers (NPI Projects) to deliver Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster, offering a fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension.

As a Site Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of NPI projects. You will lead the in office team, work closely with the client, and maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and performance across the project lifecycle.

You will be personable and responsible for maintaining a positive team environment on site.

Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project site, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, according to specification and schedule, and within budget. The position will also oversee and manage the on-site team, including all on-site activities' functions and disciplines
- Ensuring project completion following safety, environmental, time, quality, cost, and HR measures
- Overseeing construction program, including compiling subcontracts, supply agreements, and purchase orders
- Managing in office construction works and coordinate with all site project staff and sub-contractors
- Ensuring project quality and safety standards meet OHS&E; company requirements
- Performing short-term programming,



prepare method statement compilation and produce weekly and monthly project reports
- Providing risk assessments for construction activities and facilitate JHA’s and Field Leaderships
- Providing leadership and direction on WHSE matters at the project pre-start, toolbox and Client meetings
- Work closely with the Project Manager and WHSE Manager (HO) on project-related health and safety issues and provide them with statistical reports at agreed intervals

About you:

To be successful for the Site Manager role you will have:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a trade background
- 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of full life cycle project deliverables
- Schedule 26 qualification is mandatory
- Superior people management and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects is desirable
- Experience delivering NPI projects across the resources sector will be highly regarded
