The Role
We are looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our dental team in Merrylands where you will provide exceptional customer service. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills by our supportive team.
The Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients in-person and over the phone.
- Assist patients and third parties with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support HCPs with administrative tasks.
- Promptly answer calls and complete assigned tasks daily.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Address patient and dentist concerns in the absence of the Dental Coordinator.
- Open and close the center daily and coordinate maintenance tasks.

- Possess excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
