About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing fresh produce orders, ensuring they are handled with care and prepared for timely delivery. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking produce orders based on invoices and delivery requirements
- Handle fruit and vegetables carefully to maintain freshness and quality
- Operate pallet jacks and trolleys to move stock where required
- Label, wrap, and stage orders correctly for dispatch
- Working in and out of Freezers
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work setting
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in warehouse or picking roles (produce experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes (up to 20kg)
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a team-focused attitude
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
