Wellness Medical Clinic is currently seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care, customer service and working in a fast-paced medical workplace.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointments and patient bookings
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments on TYRO and Medicare claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- General administrative and reception duties
- Supporting doctors, nurses and allied health staff as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and compassionate approach to patient care




- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Previous medical reception or receptionist experience Preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
