Who We Are:
Mining Maintenance and Fabrication Services is a WA owned and operated business providing a full range of mining solutions, equipment maintenance, fabrication, repairs, and local, FIFO, and DIDO labour hire across Western Australia.

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, and Trade Assistants to join our growing team for a variety of shutdowns, maintenance works, and project-based opportunities across WA. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who are committed to delivering quality workmanship and working as part of a high-performing team.

Requirements:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers)
- Relevant high-risk licences and tickets applicable to the role (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Crane)
- Ability to complete client-specific medicals, inductions, and site requirements as required

Key Duties:

- Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and shutdown activities
- Mechanical fitting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance
- Assisting tradespeople with maintenance and general labouring duties
- Working safely in accordance with site procedures and company policies
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised work environment
- Completing additional tasks as directed by supervisors
