The Role

About The Wilton

The Wilton at Bingara Gorge is located in the stunning surroundings of Bingara Gorge Golf Course. It features a family-friendly bistro and bar, a spacious outdoor kids’ play area, an inviting beer garden, dedicated sports bar, verandah overlooking the Golf Course and premium facilities for special events and celebrations.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and capable 2IC to support the Licensee in the day‑to‑day operation of The Wilton. You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the venue runs smoothly, the team performs at its best, and guests enjoy consistently exceptional experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with and supporting the Licensee across all aspects of venue operations

Ensuring the team executes opening and closing procedures effectively

Maintaining high standards of venue presentation and service delivery

Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism

Coaching, training, and developing team members across bar, bistro, and floor

Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team culture

Work with licensee on recruitment and induction of venue staff

Ensuring all legal, licensing, and company policies are understood and upheld

What is needed to be successful in this role?

You’re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and leads with confidence, warmth, and integrity. You bring:





Experience in a similar role within a high‑volume hospitality venue

Current RSA, RCG, ARCG & First Aid certificates (essential)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities

A proactive, hands‑on approach and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Solid understanding of RSA, RCG, WHS, and venue compliance requirements

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
