We’re looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Front of House Team at our latest François Eatery in Mambourin Marketplace.
This is a unique chance for a skilled hospitality professional to join our rapidly growing organisation while utilising their extensive service knowledge to help us cement our brand as a specialty coffee destination.
The product we serve is our focus, but how the guest feels as at every encounter is just as important. We strive for the perfect extraction with a side of genuine connection.
As a front of house team member, you would become a brand ambassador for François and the core values that we represent. The right candidate will be inspired by our values and mission to spread the light and warmth of hospitality, have a demonstrated passion for coffee, and a growth mindset.
Ultimately, our front of house team member would:
- Confidently communicate and showcase our unique beverage offering and menu
- Maintain standards for guest experience and presentation
- Support a small team to thrive
- Maintain systems and procedures
- Take pride in their appearance and presentation
- Be energetic and having the ability to run the floor confidently
