Radici Roman Kitchen & Bar has been a vibrant Italian dining destination since 2019, located just steps from the ocean. We are passionate about authentic Italian food, quality service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Waiter / Waitress & Bar Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys customer service and has basic bar skills, with the opportunity to further develop both floor and bar knowledge.

Your role will include:

- Providing friendly and professional table service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Running food and drinks to guests
- Setting up and maintaining dining areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Preparing basic beverages, cocktails and bar service
- Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer experiences





What we are looking for:

- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Reliable, well presented and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
- Basic bartender or bar service experience
- Current RSA Certificate

Bonus (but not required):

- Experience in Italian restaurants
- Cocktail knowledge
- Experience using POS systems
- Interest in wine, cocktails and Italian hospitality
