- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- A nurturing, creative, and adaptable approach

- Commitment to fostering strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Qualifications (depending on the role):

- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

- Current Working with Children Check

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training

- Child Protection Certificate and Child Safe Training Certificate

- A commitment to professional growth and learning
