Key responsibilities
- Remove mattress covers and manage laundering cycles
- Clean mattresses using approved solutions to a high standard of hygiene
- Assist with rolling, bagging and preparing mattresses for outgoing shipments
- Handle all items following strict infection control procedures
- Support testing and basic repair tasks,
including inflating mattresses and noting issues
- Keep focus on safety, quality and turnaround times in a high volume environment
What we're looking for
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately with genuine attention to detail
- Experience in hygiene sensitive environments or laundry operations preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical fitness for a demanding, fast paced setting
- Understanding of infection control standards, or a willingness to learn
