Junior Showroom / Administration Assistant
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: Noosaville, QLD
Are you a people person with an eye for design and a passion for great customer service? We are looking for the face of our company to manage our modern showroom and assist clients as they begin their journey with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome & Assist: Greet retail clients and builders entering the showroom, guiding them through our product ranges (blinds, shutters, awnings, and security screens).
- Inbound Enquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and email enquiries, providing basic product information and capturing accurate lead details.
- Lead Management:
Enter new client data into our CRM system and assign leads to our sales team.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom presentation immaculate, organised, and up to date with current fabric samples and brochures.
- Admin Support: Assist the broader team with general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, friendly, and professional presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence using computers (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Previous experience in retail, reception, or a design-related showroom is highly regarded but not essential—attitude is everything!
