Sydney – CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs – Community Services & Development – Aged & Disability Support – $34 per hour + Super + Overtime + KM reimbursement – Casual/Vacation

Overview:

TLK Care is a growing community-based organisation that currently provide mobile services across Sydney. We provide a range of allied health services and support work to participants under the NDIS. We are seeking highly motivated support workers to work with participants, their families, and their networks to support our participants to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Due to current and projected growth, we currently have multiple opportunities for casual support worker positions based on your availability, flexibility and location.

With a focus on supporting our clients to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible, duties and responsibilities can include:

- Personal Care: Help with showering and getting dressed.
- Transport: Getting to appointments or going on shopping trips.




- Help around the home: Assisting with housekeeping, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Social and wellbeing: Encourage social connectedness through conversation, outings and activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Police Check.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Current NDIS Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Access to use of own vehicle (KM reimbursement available).
- Experience working within the Disability Sector (desirable).
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Commitment to a 24/7 roster, including active night shifts & weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualifications desired but not essential.
